English Plus Academic Year Programme

The English Plus Academic Year Programme is designed to give students the necessary knowledge and exam practice which they would need to successfully attain the English Language qualification of their choice, according to the requirements of the specific University, College or corporation which they would want to join. This programme consists of 30 weekly lessons and students can choose to take this programme for 12, 24, or 36 weeks depending on their needs and level of English. Students who have a language level lower than intermediate are advised to take the 36 weeks programme.

These programs are ideal for students wishing to drastically improve their English Language level and sit for an internationally renowned English examination, whilst enhancing their chances of starting successfully their tertiary education.

The course is divided into two main parts. The morning lessons consist of a General English course. This course focuses on grammar, conversation, listening, writing, pronunciation and vocabulary building and will help the student to build more confidence in using the English Language. In the afternoon, the lessons will proceed with exam preparation lessons in the respective exam that the student would have chosen to sit for. During these lessons, the student will be given the necessary skills to deal with the various components for that particular examination he/she would be sitting for. The examinations catered for, during the academic year are, IELTS, TOEFL, FCE, CAE and CPE. All of these examinations are recognized by most internationally renowned academic institutions, universities and corporations.

We have the pleasure to inform Spanish students that English Plus Language Centre is accepting bookings from students who will be benefiting from the 2010 MEC Grants. Note that we can only accept a limited number of Spanish students at any point in time and this is to ensure a multicultural atmosphere at our school. Therefore, we are accepting bookings on a first come first served basis. We are offering the following offers: High Season - from 14th June 2010 till 10th September 2010 1) 3 weeks General English Plus course (15 hours per week) and 3 weeks school residence accommodation for 900 Euro. 2) 3 weeks General English Plus course (15 hours per week) and 3 weeks host family accommodation (half board sharing room) for 780 Euro. Low Season - from 11th September 2010 till 31st December 2010. 1) 3 weeks General English Plus course (15 hours per week) and 3 weeks school residence accommodation for 648 Euro. 2) 3 weeks General English Plus course (15 hours per week) and 3 weeks host family accommodation (half board sharing room) for 648 Euro. All fees include registration and placement, course and accommodation as described above, course material, certificate at the end of your course, free use of internet and wifi connection, cafeteria, bar and restaurant facilities, free use of swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas and gym facilities. We will also prepare all documents which you would need to submit with your BECAS MEC Grant application as soon as you confirm your booking with us.
